Final Report: Monitoring Returned Minors

by HIT Foundation on 22/06/2014

Migrant MRMHIT Foundation has published a newspaper report on the Monitoring Returned Minors research project.

This Migrant is an easy to read newspaper that gives a clear insight in:

  1. Why we need independent monitoring.
  2. The methodology developed in collaboration with the University of Groningen and based on the Child Rights Convention.
  3. How to start monitoring.
  4. Examples of interventions to help children that returned to improve their future perspectives.
  5. Conclusions and needed next steps.

The newspaper was put together based on the results of a 1,5 year study carried out by HIT Foundation, in collaboration with the University of Groningen, Nidos, Micado Migration, APPK and the Kosovo Health Foundation. The study was funded by the European Return Fund.
