The Nightingales scenario initiative developed 4 scenarios for the future of the labour market in Limburg in relation to its boarder regions. The four scenarios reveal the underlying system driving wealth and prosperity in the region.
Systemic thinking
The socioeconomic system model serves as a shared framework to develop sustainable labour market strategies for the success of the region. Based on these insights a group of 64 regional leaders meet from 2-4 November in the Nightingales Future Search to connect and accelerate socio-economic developments in the region.
