WIN Method

The WIN methodology stands for integrated programmes in which language teaching and preparation for the naturalisation exams are combined with social participation and targeted professional training

Each individual programme consists of three phases: 1) diagnosis 2) training and 3) job placement, and lasts no more than one year. By focusing on the skills and professional preferences of the naturalisation candidate and taking into account a realistic perspective on the labour market, the likelihood of successful participation increases significantly.

And in the end, that is what it’s all about: participation in the Netherlands!
